How to work with me -
Here are the steps to take to begin working with me and my design process!

The first port of call is making contact with me by emailing directly or filling in the online contact form to ask a question OR request a quote for your project.
Once a quote has been accepted, I will send out the 50% deposit invoice to begin design works. The remaining balance is due on project completion.
I can offer payment plans if you feel that is necessary.
Alternatively, you can purchase instantly through my online store.
I will communicate mostly via email, but if you're local and wish to meet up in person, or catch-up via Zoom, we can definitely do that too!
Please note: all quotes are offered to you free with no obligations and no sleazy sales!

2. The Creative Brief |

The Creative Brief
This is when I gather all the information I need to get started on your project.
Depending on the type of project, if it's a logo or website design, I will send you a questionnaire to fill in to gather as much information as possible to begin designing your project. I will ask you for mood boards, visual references or Pinterest boards, colour scheme ideas and logo uses to help with the quote/design process.
With all other projects, the creative brief might just be letting me know what size the project is (eg: A4 poster) and sending through all relevant logos, text and images to be used.
This is when I gather all the information I need to get started on your project.

Research, Sketch, Design
With logo and website design projects, I will begin researching elements of the client’s industry, client competitors and ask any questions to gather more information. I will start sketching ideas and designs on paper. I will then start designing your project.
With all other projects that don't require prior research, I skip straight to the design stage!

4. Presentation |

Once I've designed the first concepts, I will send through your first proof for feedback on the design.

5. Feedback |

Feedback
This is when you let me your (honest) thoughts, plus any changes or suggestions you may have.
All necessary changes are then made and submitted for further feedback or approval.
Please note: 4 x revisions are included in the quoted/invoiced price.

6. Approved Files |

Approved Files
Once the design has been approved, for logo designs I will send you vector files (AI, EPS), high-resolution print-ready files (AI, EPS, PDF), web-ready files (PNG, JPG), social media-ready files (PNG, JPG), all-white on a transparent background and all-black on a transparent background logo and a PDF logo style guide detailing fonts and colours used.
For print designs, I will send you the press-ready PDF set to the specifications of your printing provider, along with bleed and trim marks if necessary.
Once the design has been approved, for logo designs I will send you vector files (AI, EPS), high-resolution print-ready files (AI, EPS, PDF), web-ready files (PNG, JPG), social media-ready files (PNG, JPG), all-white on a transparent background and all-black on a transparent background logo and a PDF logo style guide detailing fonts and colours used.
